"For many years I have been interested in buying my own business - namely a bed & breakfast. When my partner and I decided to move house in 2007 it seemed a perfect time to look into the possibility of making the dream come true.

As I am totally new to the area of business finance, I had no idea whether or not I could get a commercial mortgage, how much it would cost or what was involved. A friend recommended that I speak to Viv Connery.

I was a little apprehensive about making enquires, as I knew so little about business and wasn't sure where to start. Viv was just great. She is so friendly and approachable; she put me at ease immediately.
